Eidolon: Embers in the wind
A downloadable comic for Android
Eidolon: Embers in the wind is an AR comic created by Rodwin Malinga, Daniel Hartwell and Erik Prinz. the project took just under 4 months to complete and is a visual adaptation of a light novel chapter, written by Rodwin Malinga.
The comic is meant to be read in conjunction with the light novel and makes use of augmented reality to bring the visuals to life.

Install instructions
- Download and extract the "Eidolon.zip" file.
- In the "AR Comic" folder, open the "Eidolon Embers in the wind.pdf" file on your PC or tablet. Alternatively you can print out the pages.
- Copy and send the "Eidolon - Augment Reality.apk" file to an android device.
- Install the APK
-Run the app.
-Once the app is running you will notice that it looks like a camera viewfinder. Point your phone camera at pages of the comic that have the "eye" symbol at the bottom of the page.
- Tilt your phone from left to right to manipulate AR elements you see on the page.
